OOS JAN2015 until further notice. Will be abandoned and sealed in 2015. MTB
06/03/2010Lockport well 9 (WL01404) is out of service for repair since May 2010. Raw sample was not collected from this well during May. Monthly raw sample will not be collected from well 9 until the facility notify us when the repair is completed.
FYI - This well is not part of our existing CCA with Lockport due to unsafe source.
